With work planned to start in week 40 (28th Sept – 4th Oct), the balcony renovation programme kicks off at Knypplerskevägen 24-34. The first few days will be taken up with ground works, constructing the scaffolding and other preparations. Then the drilling and demolition work will start.
For residents in Knypplerskevägen 24-34
Balconies must be cleared by 27th September at the latest
A container has been placed behind Knypplerskevägen 31 for disposal of unwanted balcony furniture and fittings. It will be there for the week starting 24 September. The container should only be used for balcony-related items. Please take apart items if possible, to use the container space efficiently. If you need help to take down any furniture or fittings, we suggest you contact Cemi to provide removal services; this will be at your own cost.
As usual, we will have a separate container for disposal of general household scrap on our regular autumn garden clear-up date, which this year is planned for 18th October.
You may store furniture, decking-tiles and other fittings in Brf Dynan’s old boiler room in the basement of Knypplerskevägen 31, for the duration of the building works (approximately 12 weeks per block of apartments). Remember to mark your possessions clearly! The basement will be kept locked during the whole project period, but the housing association cannot be held liable for loss or damage of items in storage. Members of the association committee (the styrelse) are available to help with access to the storage rooms on the following days:
Thursday 24 September, 7-8 pm
Sunday 27 September, 10 am-12 noon
For residents in Knypplerskevägen 36-42 and Snörmakarvägen 45-51
A container has been placed behind Knypplerskevägen 31 for disposal of unwanted balcony furniture and fittings. It will be there for the week starting 24 September. The container is primarily for the use of residents of K24-34. A container that all residents can use will be on-site for the weekend of Brf Dynan’s autumn garden clear-up, which this year is planned for 18th October. This is the opportunity for residents of K36-42 and S45-41 to dispose of their unwanted balcony furniture and fittings. If needed, additional containers will be provided later in the renovation project.
You will be invited to store your furniture, decking-tiles and other fittings in Brf Dynan’s old boiler room in the basement of Knypplerskevägen 31, for the duration of the building works (approximately 12 weeks per block of apartments). During the first phase, this storage space is being used by residents of K24-34. When the Phase 1 work is close to completion, the residents of the remaining apartment blocks will be notified about how and when to access the storage area. The housing association committee will provide more information nearer the time.
